　　现象产生的原因：

　　1. 很多人面对激烈的就业市场，希望通过假文凭来给面试者留下好的印象，来增加自己的就业成功率;

　　Confronted with the intense competition in the employment market，most people seek to leave on the employers an impression of high education backgrounds and then improve their chance of being employed through fake diplomas.

　　2. 没有社会背景的人，很容易获得假文凭

　　For those who arent well connected, it s quite easy to get fake diplomas on the black market.

　　产生的危害：

　　扰乱就业市场秩序，危害社会

　　fake diplomas disturb the normal order of job markets and do great harm to society .

　　雇主得不到真正的人才

　　employers may recruit employees who are not qualified for a certain post, causing a great loss to their companies.

　　对其他应聘者不公平its unfair that one fails to get his job just because his rival has a fake diploma or certificate

　　解决假文凭问题的措施：

　　公司和学校应该加强联系，以免文凭有诈

　　companies and universities should have a close contact so that the fake diplomas cannot play tricks

　　对编造假文凭的人严惩，以警戒那些也想这么做的人

　　the one who fabricates the fake diplomas should be severely punished by laws to warn those who have intension of doing so.
