Directions: For this part, you are allowed 30 minutes to write a letter in about 120 words to the manager of a department store co mplaining about the poor quality of the color TV you bought there one month ago.
Dear Sir/ Madam,
One month ago, I bought a new color TV set in your store at the recommendation of your salesman. But now lm afraid I have to complain about its poor quality. First, the picture does not appear quite clearly at all. Second, some channel buttons do not work well. What is more, there is sometimes no sound and the color is someiimes not stable. So, you see, instead of geiting enjoyment, weve got trouble and inconveniences from this TV set. I am a constant customer of your store and appreciate very much your slogan Customer First , Service Best . I really wish what has happened were accidental and I want to have the set repaired or changed. If not, ld rather have my money back. I still have the receipt and I hope what lve claimed for is not too much.
