　　4. prime a. 最好的，主要的，基本的

　　例：He is the prime suspect.

　　【语法】beach on which the turtles lay their eggson which引导的是一个定语从句，先行词是beach，介词+which = where，这里的介词要根据动词来选择，此处是lay their eggs on the beach，故用on。
