　　【阅读】我们必须训练自己换一种思考方式，改变自己的思维定势，并且意识到多元化的大门向我们每一个人敞开，这样就能创造机会，使组织和社区中的每一个人都受益。

　　【析句】复合句。主干为We need to。to后带了三个并列的不定式，分别是train ourselves to think，shift our mindsets和realize，而that引导的宾语从句that diversity opensus则作realize的宾语。creatingcommunities为现在分词作伴随状语，该状语中又包括一个由that引导的定语从句that benefit everyone，修饰的是opportunities。

　　2. It was a lovely day at the park and Stella Bianchi was enjoying the sunshine with her two children when a young boy, aged about four, approached her two-year-old son and pushed him to the ground.

　　【译文】那天天气很好，斯黛拉和她的两个孩子在公园里晒太阳。这时，一个大约四岁的小男孩走近她两岁的儿子，把后者推到在地。

　　【析句】复合句。主干是It was a lovely day at the park and Stella was enjoying the sunshine...，两句并列，when a young boy approached...and pushed him to the ground也由两个并列句组成作时间状语从句，两个逗号之间，aged about four为过去分词作定语插入语。

　　3. A code of conduct is hard to create when youre living in a world in which everyone is exhausted from overwork and lack of sleep, and a world in which nice people are perceived to finish last.

　　【析句】当你生活的世界里，每个人因过度工作、缺少睡眠而疲惫不堪，并且在这里世界里，好人总是被认为应该最后一个成功，那么很难制定某种行为准则。

　　【析句】复合句。主句是A code of conduct is hard to creat, 后面跟着when引导的时间状语从句when you re living in a world, 最后有两个并列的定语从句修饰并列的先行词，a world in which...and a world in which...。
