六级考前提醒：CET阅读填空题注意事项

　　句子填空题型考查利用文章有用信息补充完成句子，使题目的表达和文章内容完全一致，同时符合英文表达要求，即语法正确、拼写无误。该题型一般情况所填的单词数量不超过5个，而且所有填写的内容都在原文中可以找到原词或短语。

　　在补充句子的过程中，需要注意以下几个特点：

　　1、注意人称代词的转换

　　例题：2007年6月真题

　　题干：According to Mary Lyn Miller, people considering changing their careers should commit themselves to the pursuit of ________.

　　原文：Look at the gifts and talents you have and make a commitment to pursue those things that you love most.

　　评点：题干中要求填写追求后面介词of的宾语，而原文中有追求的动词形式，后面所接即为宾语，所以答案肯定是those things that you love most，但是需要注意出题者在提问时所用的人称是people, their, themselves, 所以最终答案为those things that they love most。

　　2、注意名词单数和复数的转换

　　例题：2007年6月真题

　　题干：In the job market, job seekers need to know how to sell themselves like ________.

　　原文：In the job market, you are a product. And just like a product

　　评点：题干中要求填写介词like的宾语，而原文中有like，宾语是a product, 但是需要注意出题者在提问时所用的人称是themselves, 所以最终答案为products。

　　3、注意主语概念的转换

　　例题：2006年12月真题

　　题干：The price for the winner in the fall 2001 NBA TV game show would have been ________.

　　原文：Each week, one of the participants would be eliminated from the show, with the winner receiving a trip to the Mir space station.

　　评点：原文运用with的伴随状语，表达了获胜者可以得到去往太空站的旅行。题干的意思与之基本相同，但是出题者在题干中设置了一个陷阱，转换了主语的概念，不再是获胜者，而是获胜者的奖励，因此在填写答案时要特别注意动词的去留，答案应该为a trip to the Mir space station.

　　4、注意双重否定的转换

　　例题：2007年6月真题

　　题干：Many people are too scared to pursue their dreams because they are unwilling to ________.

　　原文：Once people discover their passion, many are too scared to do anything about it. Instead, they do nothing. With this step, job seekers should assess what they are willing to give up, or risk, in pursuit of their dream.

　　评点：此题的最大难度在于，题干中运用了双重否定的设置方式。解题时要发现主句中的tooto与从句中unwilling都是否定的表达，双重否定表示肯定，因此句子含义就转换成了很多人追求梦想是因为他们愿意。所以对比原文，可以得出答案give up or risk。
