　　1.主语email后有两个介词短语to...from...说明该邮件的收件人和发送人，在人名Janet Aderson之后还有一个说明其身份的插入语，作同位语。

　　2.宾语从句用了there be句型，主语是no record，后面的of介词短语为定语修饰语，of的宾语是a review and/or clearance, and/or并列连接review和clearance;句末的to field test the organism是不定式短语，作review and/or clearance 的定语。review and clearance审批。
