　　1. Movies, television and video games are full of gunplay and bloodshed, and one might reasonably ask whats wrong with a society that presents videos of domestic violence as entertainment.

　　【译文】现在的电影、电视剧和电子游戏充斥有大量的枪击和流血场面。理智的人可能会问，这个社会出了什么问题，竟然把家庭暴力的录像作为娱乐节目播放。

　　【析句】复合句。主句由and连接两个并列句构成，Movies,television and video games are full of gunplay and bloodshed，and one might ask...，前句是简单句，后句谓语动词ask后whats wrong with a society,而that presents videos of domestic violence是定语从句修饰a society.

　　3. The intent of the new Harvard Center on Media and Child Health to collect and standardize studies of media violence in order to compare their methodologies, assumptions and conclusions is an important step in the right direction.

　　【译文】最新建立的哈佛媒体与儿童健康中心目的是收集关于媒体暴力的研究并加以标准化，以便比较它们的方法论、假设和结论，这是向着正确的研究方向迈出的重要的一步。

　　【析句】复合句。主句是The intent of the new Harvard Center on...is an important step in the right direction。主句主语很长，中心词是the intent, to collect and standardize studies of media violence是不定式作定语修饰the intent, in order to compare...conclusions则是介词短语作目的状语。
