　　【析句】复合句。主句Politicians remind their voters of the splendid machines...,the new drugs...,and the new surgical equipment and techniques，用到了短语remind sb of sth，其中of后有三个并列的名词宾语，中心词是machines,drugs和equipment and techiniques，每个宾语后都有定语成分修饰，machines后是省略了引导词that的定语从句our scientists have invented,drugs后有不定式to relieve old ailments作定语，最后by which引导定语从句修饰he new surgical equipment and techniques.
