　　分析主干:people may be well

　　主句的主语people 有一个who 引导的定语从句修饰。if 引导条件状语从句，从句中的they can 是省略形式的定语从句（相当于they can maintain），修饰health。

　　译文：在这种新的意义上来说，甚至有生理疾患或缺陷的人也是健康的，如果他们在面对身体缺陷时尽力去达到可能的最好健康状况的话。
