高二英语语法惯用法：英语可说inform sb to do sth吗

　　汉语可说通知某人做某事，但英语习惯上不能说 inform sb to do sth。遇此情况可改用从句，或将动词换成tell(注：tell比 inform通俗)。如：

　　■我已通知他们马上离开。

　　误：Ive informed them to leave at once.

　　正：Ive told them to leave at once.

　　正：Ive informed them that they must leave at once.

　　注：inform 后不能接不定式的复合结构，但是却可接宾语+疑问词+不定式这样的结构，如：

　　He will inform us whereto go. 他将告诉我们去哪里。
