中国的发展离不开世界，世界的发展需要中国。这里我重申，中国的对外开放是长期的、全面的、互利的，中国坚持对外开放的基本国策决不会改变。我们将继续积极参与经济全球化的进程，推动建设公正合理的国际贸易体系和金融体制。我们将继续完善涉外经济法律法规和政策，使中国的投资环境变得更加规范、更加透明、更加有利于各类企业投资兴业。

China cannot develop itself in isolationfrom the world and the world also needs China for its development. Here, I wishto reiterate that China’s opening up to the outside world is a long-termcommitment which covers all fields and is mutually beneficial. China’s basicstate policy of opening up will never change. We will continue to get activelyinvolved in economic globalization and work to build a fair and equitableinternational trading regime and financial system. We will continue to improveforeign-related economic laws, regulations and policies so as to make China’sinvestment environment in keeping with international standard, transparent and morebusiness friendly.

难点剖析：

中国的对外开放是长期、全面的、互利的：China’s opening up to the outside world is a long-term commitment which covers all fields and is mutually beneficial.

有的同学译为：china’s opening up to the outside world is long-term, all-rounded and mutually beneficial

这样译当然没有语法问题，但这样并列起来有些单调、沉闷，没有层次感。

更加有利于各类企业投资兴业如果译为：conducive to enterprises’ investment and construction 也不错，但用business friendly则十分简洁、地道，又和前面的standard, transparent很对称。

词汇：
