北京地区雅思考试自从2001年11月份开始改为网上预约以来,使得雅思考试难上加难。为了方便广大考生及时预约到考试名额，我把在北京雅思学校网上预约的经验与心得与大家分享，以供参考：
1．一般雅思考试预约时间为中午一点，所以在十二点左右就可进入北京语言文化大学的网站点击雅思报名----在线预约----我同意----在线预约报名进入exam.blcu.edu.cn/yuyue1.asp页面，填写表单。请注意每个表格在填写时文字前和文字中不要有空格，尤其是GiveName一项，如果名字是两个字，拼音间不要有空格，大小写均可。
2．一点钟立即刷新页面。这样就可获得表单最后一行的办理日期，
3．网上预约，十分钟就满，有的三个月都预约不上。在提交以后，很可能会出现系统忙，请稍后再试，这时要点击后退，重新提交，直到提交成功为止，有时在显示预约名额额满后，有些人可能是提前看一下报名程序，所以有些人在预约成功后并不想急于参加考试，然后会取消名额，这时也可能有一些名额会空出，需耐心等待。
