据媒体报道，上海市政府计划搬迁或关闭上海迪士尼乐园和迪士尼主题乐园周边153家工厂，以确保 “迪士尼蓝。
“迪士尼蓝(Disney Blue)指的是，上海市政府决定仿效北京“阅兵蓝(Parade Blue)计划，关闭迪士尼公园周边的153家工厂，确保2016年上半年上海迪士尼主题公园开业后出现蓝天。
这153家企业中的大多数都是高污染(high pollution risks)、高能量消耗(high energy consumption)、低产出(low productivity)的行业，包括机械加工、金属器皿生产(metalware production)、印刷、塑料制品生产(plastics production)和化学工程(chemical engineering)。相关工作将于2016年底前全部完成。
经济专家称，上海政府正在利用迪士尼工程加速产业结构调整(speed up industrial restructuring )，促进污染企业的搬迁(promote the relocation of enterprises with pollution problems)。关闭工厂这一决定不仅仅是为了保护迪士尼乐园，改善城市形象(improve the city's image)，同时也是城市环境保护运动(environmental protection campaign)中的一部分。
