福建省发现1例人感染H7N9禽流感确诊病例

　　福建省卫生厅4月26日通报，福建省确诊1例人感染H7N9禽流感病例。

　　Fujian Provincial Health Department announced in April 26th, 1 cases of people in Fujian Province confirmed infected with H7N9 avian influenza.

　　患者罗某，男，65岁，福建省龙岩市永定县高陂镇人。患者于4月18日无明显诱因出现反复咳嗽，伴活动后胸闷，低热。23日14时50分以“咳嗽 咳痰5天，发热 气促2天为主诉入住龙岩市第二医院。省市专家会诊诊断为1.重症肺炎、2.人感染H7N9禽流感待确诊。给予抗病毒治疗、无创呼吸支持和中药等综合治疗，目前病情有所好转。

　　Patients with Luomou, male, 65 years old, Yongding County of Longyan province Fujian Po town. Patients in April 18th without apparent inducement occurrence cough repeatedly, with activity after chest tightness, low heat. 23 at fourteen fifty to "cough for 5 days, fever and shortness of breath 2 days" as the chief complaint in second hospitals of Longyan city. Provincial expert consultation for 1 severe pneumonia, 2 of human infection with the H7N9 avian flu to be confirmed. Antiviral therapy, noninvasive respiratory support therapy and Chinese medicine, the current condition has improved.

　　4月26日11时中国疾控中心复核检测结果为H7N9禽流感病毒核酸阳性。按照《人感染H7N9禽流感诊疗方案(2013年第2版)》，福建省卫生厅专家组综合病例的临床表现、实验室检测和流行病学调查结果，诊断为人感染H7N9禽流感确诊病例。该病例为我省首例人感染H7N9禽流感确诊病例。

The case is the first person in our province, infection with the H7N9 avian flu.

　　经调查，该病例的密切接触者共 37人，已及时采取医学观察措施。截至目前，该病例的所有密切接触者均未发现异常。

　　After investigation, close contacts of the cases of a total of 37 people, has to take timely measures to medical observation. Up to now, all close contacts of the cases were not found abnormal.

　　疫情发生后，省委省政府高度重视，对做好防控工作做出进一步部署。省卫生厅要求各地各单位一要进一步加强防控工作的领导，切实落实各项防控措施;二要进一步加强预检分诊，规范病人就诊;三要进一步加强不明原因肺炎病例和流感样病例的监测，主动搜索，力争早发现、早报告、早诊断、早治疗。四要及早使用抗病毒药物，进一步充分发挥中医药在临床医疗救治作用;五要进一步做好相关药品物资储备;六要进一步加强健康教育，切实保障公众健康。

　　专家提醒，当前是流感等呼吸道传染病高发的季节，为预防流感，要注意个人卫生，勤洗手，室内勤通风换气，注意营养，保持良好体质;打喷嚏、咳嗽时注意遮掩口鼻，预防感染他人;尽可能减少与禽畜的接触，特别注意尽量避免接触和食用病死的禽畜;一旦出现发热、咳嗽等急性呼吸道感染症状，尤其是出现高热、呼吸困难者，应及时就医。
