DUBAI, July 2 -- The United Arab Emirates (UAE) Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Anwar Gargash on Tuesday met with UN Special Envoy to Yemen Martin Griffiths, official news agency WAM reported.
They discussed current developments and the repeated provocations by the Houthi rebels and means to move forward in the political scenario as part of a UN program, WAM said.
Gargash said the Arab coalition in Yemen seeks sustainable solution that enhances security and stability in the region through a strong Yemeni government and solid constitutional institutions.
He also highlighted the need to implement the Stockholm Agreement through international pressure.
