广东省首个民间智库组织南方民间智库咨询服务中心日前在广州正式揭牌，专家称此举是广东管理的又一创新，也是广东推进社会改革的又一次突破。

A province in south China has approved the first registered private think tank to help advise officials on key issues, the People's Daily reported.
据《人民日报》报道，广东省批准注册首个民间智库，以帮助政府在关键事务中咨询决策。
文中的private think tank就是指“民间智库”，指的是一种非政府的社会组织，可以通过自己的第三方调查、客观中立的报告为政府决策提供很好的参考意见。
