　　I am a new student who arrives in the university in September. I am writing to you about inquiring of how to join in the Red Cross Association and become a volunteer member of it.

　　I know the Red Cross Association is a charitable and rescuing organization which helps patients all over the world and send love and hope to those who are in hopeless situation .(这些内容跟问询没关系)

　　So I want to know if I want to be a volunteer ,which information I should send to you and whether age or educational background limit or not .

　　I hope you can tell me what characters a volunteer should have as a member of the Red Cross Association . Also ,I want to know the way how to select volunteers .At last ,I want to realize the duty and responsibility of a volunteer member.
