　　三段：写作目的段、细化段、感谢或者期待。

　　与投诉信比较：仍然以提建议为主，无需赞扬，直接表明写信目的即提建议，最后无需感谢，只需表示期待改进。

　　A.基本结构

　　第一段：自我介绍，陈述事由，提出建议;

　　第二段：投诉细节;

　　第三段：期待改进。
