　　2、正文

　　三段：写作目的段、细化段、感谢或者期待。

　　3、各种信函内容安排

　　3)致歉信：2008PartA真题及解析。

　　A.基本结构和常用句型

　　Dear,

　　第一段：表明写信目的：道歉，阐述道歉原因;

　　第二段：提出解决方法;

　　第三段：再次道歉。
