Well the following are my requirement（使用复数，requirements） about the person. 　　First, he/she should be from a family with heavy burden. And he/she must have the willing to study hard. Any child with the two requirement （meeting the two requirements） can be my candidate. To support this child, I will give the child a constant financial support every semester. I will undertake the childs teaching fees. And I will post him/her necessary studying materials such as textbooks, reading materials and so on.
