听力理解篇：
语言是用来交流的工具，如果无法听懂也就无法交流。文都教育集团为考生提供了大量免费的听力资源，考生可选取政治、经济、社会、生活各类题材，针对听力的不同题型，采取泛听精听相结合的方法，最好是能把说听到的内容快速写下来。
阅读理解篇：
一方面，要充分利用真题。快速阅读最新的历年真题，一看大声朗读，一般在心里翻译出来，这时候就不必再纠结题目的对错了。另一方面，泛读报刊杂志等文章，如英语学习、中国日报、时代周刊等。读的时候不要停下来去查阅每个生词，只要不影响阅读，就一直读下去，并尝试根据上下文推测生词的意义。一定语境下的单词记忆是活的，记忆的时间更久。
写作翻译篇：
一方面，上考场前几天找一些漂亮的句子，把那些结构新颖、与众不同但针对性不是很强的句子背下来。正所谓万事开头难，看到作文题后把自己脑海中的句子搜罗一下稍加改变，相信一个出彩的开头可以为你增分不少。另一方面，如果说听力和阅读是要多听多读，那么写作翻译主要就是多练。即使确实没有实际操作的时间和精力，也可以抄写一下句子，看起来是很机械，但其实是把头脑调至英语模式的最佳捷径。
