[00:22.13]We aren't going to tell you about his discoveries in today's programme.

[00:27.43]Instead,we're going to tell you a true story about the man himself.

[00:33.44]Newton thought about so many problems he was often absent-minded.
[00:36.23]牛顿要思考许多复杂的问题,以致他常常心不在焉.
[00:39.03]He frequently forgot to have his meals.
[00:41.03]他常忘了吃饭.
[00:43.02]One evening his friend Dr Stukeley,called

[00:47.83]and asked if he could see the great scientist.

[00:52.22]The maid told Dr Stukeley that Newton was busy
