Asking a friend for a short trip.

Dear Alice,

Your letter reached me two days ago. Thank you for your English reading book. Will you be free next Saturday? Next Saturday, Oct 9th, we will take our school bus to go to the Beidaihe river. We will start at 7:00am and about 9:40am arrive there. In the morning, we will swim and row small boats. After that, we will have lunch in a small restaurant. In the afternoon, we will walk along the beach to the Nandaihe river to take some photos. At 5:30pm, we will return to our school. Would you like to join us in the short trip on Saturday? We are looking forward to your coming.
