初三英语作文：小水滴与大海

　　很久以前，有一粒小水滴听东海爷爷讲有关东海的故事。它知道东海用千里之遥，不能形容海的辽阔，用千仞之高，不足以形容海的深度。它非常羡慕东海。

　　于是，它问东海爷爷：东海爷爷，为什么东海那么辽阔还那么深呢?东海爷爷告诉它：我以前也是一粒小水滴，我和许多伙伴们日夜不停地奔流，小伙伴汇集融合在一起，就成了一条小溪，但我们没有停止脚步，继续日夜不停的地向前奔流，然后又成了江河，最后许多江河汇集在一起，就成了大海，形成了现在的东海。小水滴又问：我们真的有那么大的力量吗?可以变成小溪，变成江河，变成大海吗?东海爷爷回答道：当然可以啦!不积小流无以成江河，所以你们都可以成为大海的。还有，成海以后，不要忘记小水滴的存在，更不要轻视小水滴的力量，它可是我们生命的源泉啊!没有它，就没有我们。

　　小水滴记住了东海爷爷的话，最后终于成为了著名的南海。
