　　House: Excellent, we have a point of agreement. You arent going to fire me.

　　Cuddy: Your reputationwont last up if you dont do your job. The clinic is part of your job. I want you to do your job.

　　House: Well, like the philosopherJagger once said, You cant always get what you want.

　　语言点分析：

　　1. have a point of agreement

　　意思：共同点;在这点上一致，这点上达成一致

　　eg：Theres a variety of reasons why Marxism could be widely spreadin China,one of which is the point of agreement between Chinese traditional culture and Marxist thought system.

　　马克思主义在中国早期的广泛传播具有多方面的原因,其中一个非常重要的原因,就是中国传统文化与马克思主义思想体系有着某些契合点。

　　2. fire

　　意思：解雇

　　eg：She wanted to fire him immediately.

　　她想马上解雇他。

　　3. like the philosopher Jagger once said

　　意思：正如哲学家Jagger曾经说过

　　这句话我们可以用在写作或者口语中，中间Jagger可以替换掉，这句话后面可以接上其他哲学家的名人名言。
