According to a scientific study, tea is better than coffee, for tea can lower fat in our body, fight cancer and protect our heart. Meanwhile, she doesnt stay up late and does lead an orderly life. As an old saying goes, healthy is happiness. My grandmother leads a healthy lifestyle and lives happiness.
