雅思大作文report和argument混合类型题目分析

　　雅思大作文写作题目的类型一般被分成了report和argument两类，但是其实雅思大作文写作的题目常常是将这两类题目混合在一起的，我们一起从剑桥系列的真题当中来看看吧。

　　As most people spend a major part of their adult life at work, job satisfaction is an important element of individual wellbeing.

　　What factors contribute to job satisfaction?

　　How realistic is the expectation of job satisfaction for all workers?

　　题目的第一问what factors contribute to job satisfaction?问原因，很简单，这是report

　　题目的第二问how realistic is the expecation of job satisfaction for all worker? How realistic就需要作者先表明观点，如范文给出其立场为Of course not everyone enjoys their work. 这个问题则是个非典型的argument, 我把题目稍作变化，变成典型的argument:

　　The expectation of job satisfaction for all workers is realistic. Do you agree or disagree? 或者变为Some people think everyone can enjoy their work, while others believe that everyone expecting job satisfaction is unrealistic. Discuss both views and giver your own opinion.

　　可见这道题是一个混合性的题目，既包括了report，又包括了argument

　　Some people prefer to spend their lives doing the same things and avoiding change. Others, however, think that change is always a good thing.

　　有些人喜欢花时间做同样的事情而逃避变化，而另外一些人却认为变化是一个好事。

　　我们分析一下，第一方的观点prefer to spend their lives doing the same things and avoiding change，其对立面是喜欢做不同的事，喜欢变化而另外一个方面change is always a good thing其对立面是变化是一件坏事。可以看出，喜欢变化和变化总是一件好事两者并不是完全等同的，我们从考官的满分范文中也可以看出了：

　　Those people who believe they have achieved some security by doing the same, familiar things are living in denial.

　　对第一方的态度是完全反对

　　However, reaching the conclusion that change is evitable is not the same as assuming that change is always for the better.

　　对第二方的态度是部分反对，持保留态度

　　如果双方的争论的焦点完全一致，那么态度就应当是非此即彼的关系，比较和争论得焦点一致，如甲很厉害，因为他学习好;乙很厉害，因为他人缘好那么我问，甲和乙谁更厉害?答案是不知道，因为两者争论的焦点不一致。
