　　Disagree: Firstly, students have no ability to pay the high tuition because they have no income. Their duty is to study, not to earn money. Secondly, high tuition may become a barrier for those in the undeveloped regions and the countryside to receive higher education. For instance, Finally, to provide opportunities to people is a governments obligation, because education is the decisive factor of prosperity and strength. In order to offer education opportunities to more students, the government and the authorities concerned should make concerted effort to help them finish their education in the university through loans.

However, some students cannot fulfill the dream of further study for short of money. As far as I am concerned, students should not pay the full tuition.

In this way, the students can complete their education without any burden and they can contribute a lot to the society afterwards.
