“洋快递员”春节上岗

就在前有超强寒潮、后有春节人手短缺等困难之际，电商们却又纷纷吹响了春节“不打烊”的集结号。苏宁易购为应对人手不足，还在全国聘请了一批“洋快递员”。

Suning Tesco has recruited a group of foreign couriers in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Nanjing and Chengdu.

苏宁易购已经在北京、上海、广州、深圳、南京和成都招募了一批“洋快递员”。

All the recruits will receive trainings on basic Chinese greetings and gestures before they actually take on the job.

上岗之前，所有的新招人员都要接受基本的中文问候语和手势的培训。

“洋快递员”（foreign couriers）指电商企业为了应对春节快递人手短缺而招募的外国的快递员，多数为留学生（international students）。

每年春节前后，各行各业都面临务工人员离开（exodus of workers），人手短缺的困局。

据苏宁易购物流负责人介绍，此次招聘外国留学生，既满足了一些快递员回家过年的愿望，也为这些外国留学生创造了感受中国年的机会（feel the Chinese New Year）。所有“洋快递员”上岗前要通过快递业务技能（courier skills）、礼仪、中国文化和习俗（Chinese culture and custom）等内容的培训。

春节临近时，快递业（the express delivery industry）除了面临人手不足（the shortage of employees），还受到了寒冷天气的挑战。自1月20日起，包裹运送速度（the speed of parcel deliveries）慢了20%，主要是寒冷天气导致的。
