你每天必去的网站有哪些？我猜会有相当一部分人的答案里会有几个我们熟悉的社交网站和聊天工具的名字吧？随着各种社交应用的风靡，员工因公或因私查看微信、微博等应用的时间也在增多。这会不会影响工作效率呢？

社交太多，忘了工作？

Social notworking refers to the practice of spending time unproductively on social-networking websites, especially when one should be working.

Social notworking（暂译为“社交不工作”）指在工作时间上社交网站闲逛的行为。

With today's social media -- especially sites with lots of interactivity and immediate feedback such as Twitter -- you can easily get caught up in chatting and surfing. It's a constant mental interruption. Before you know it, you've squandered a couple of perfectly good hours of prime workday.

现在的社交网站，尤其是像Twitter那样互动和即时反馈很频繁的网站，很容易让你流连其中，要么聊天、要么浏览网站内容。这样就会不停打断工作思路。不知不觉，你已经把好几个小时的黄金工作时间耗费在那里了。
