Teraproject refers to a massive project, particularly one that costs a trillion dollars or more.

“超巨型项目”指非常大型的项目，尤其是那种耗资过万亿美元的工程项目。

For example:

Moon building is probably a gigaproject or even teraproject.

建设月球也许是个特大项目，甚至是超巨型项目。

除了teraproject，指代金额巨大的相关词汇还有superproject(超级项目)、gigaprojects(特大项目)和megaproject(大型项目)。

Speaking pedantically, you could say that this term should be used for projects that are a million times more expensive than mere megaprojects, since tera- means "trillion" and mega- means "million."

如果要咬文嚼字的话，这个词可以用于形容那些耗资比“巨型项目”(megaprojects)高100万倍的大型项目，因为，tera-是“万亿”的意思，而mega-则指“百万”。
