广东推出“智慧检验系统”打击假货

广东省出入境检验检疫局着力打造进出口商品全链条监管的质量安全监管新模式，建立“智慧检验检疫口岸平台监管系统，有效解决了市场采购出口商品、中国生产或转运往非洲的货物存在的质量安全和难于监管的问题。

As the rampant counterfeit industry continues to sour China's trade prospect, a smart inspection system that's based on modern information technology may make fake goods and low-quality products a thing of the past.

猖獗的假货行业持续使中国的贸易前景受损，不过基于现代信息科技的智慧检验系统将会使假冒伪劣产品和劣质产品成为过去。

这个智慧检验系统（smart inspection system）事实上是口岸信息平台（a de facto port information platform），坚持了互联网+战略（Internet Plus strategy），采用了大数据分析（big data analytics），旨在建立一个全面自动的出口管理系统（set up a comprehensive but automatic export management system）。

该系统将自动检查申报货物的海关申报（Customs declaration）、航运舱单（shipping manifest）等全面信息，避开可能出现的出口风险（ward off possible export risks），有效打击假冒伪劣产品（counterfeits and poor-quality products）。

据悉，2015年1月至10月，广东出入境检验检疫局查处进出口假冒伪劣商品案件48宗。
