习近平：中越“同志加兄弟”传统友谊历久弥坚

5日，国家主席习近平应越共中央总书记阮富仲、越南社会主义共和国主席张晋创邀请，对该国进行国事访问。当日，习近平在河内同阮富仲举行会谈，就两国关系等话题交换意见。

习近平表示，中越是具有战略意义的命运共同体。中越双方应维护好、传承好由毛泽东主席、胡志明主席等双方老一辈领导人亲手缔造的“同志加兄弟传统友谊。

会谈中，双方一致同意秉承长期稳定(long-term stability)、面向未来(looking into the future)、睦邻友好(good-neighborly friendship)、全面合作(comprehensive cooperation)方针和好邻居、好朋友、好同志、好伙伴精神，推动中越全面战略合作伙伴关系(comprehensive strategic cooperative partnership)持续健康稳定发展。

中方希望将全球经济合作项目(global economic cooperation initiatives)与越南本国发展战略(development strategy)相结合，从而为两国人民带来更大的福祉(bringing more benefits to the two peoples)。

习近平提出，中越两国应推进海上合作(maritime cooperation)，落实双方已经达成的共识，以双边协商为正确途径，以合作开发为共同目标(common goal)，妥善处理并管控好海上分歧(properly dealing with and controling their differences)，逐步积累共识(accumulating consensus)，扩大共同利益(common interests)。

阮富仲表示，习近平总书记、国家主席在越中建交65周年(the 65th anniversary of the establishment of bilateral diplomatic relations)之际对越南进行国事访问意义重大(great significance)。越南党和政府衷心祝贺中国党和政府在国家发展事业中取得的成就。当前，两国都面临革新发展(reform and development)的重任，双方加强各领域交流合作(bilateral communication and cooperation)符合两国共同利益，也有利于本地区和平与发展(regional peace and development)。

会谈后，两国领导人共同见证了党际(party-to-party exchanges)、交通、旅游、产能合作(production capacity)、文化、铁路、能源、金融、地方合作等领域合作文件的签署。
