欧洲“移民危机”愈演愈烈

法移民问题近年来深深困扰着欧洲国家。26、27日两天内，连续三起难民偷渡事件已致两百多人丧生，100多人失踪。欧洲正遭遇二战以来规模最大的移民危机。

The migrant crisis, the biggest wave to hit Europe since World War II, was further amplified on Friday by a report from the United Nations refugee agency estimating a 40 percent jump this year in the number of people fleeing to the Continent by boat compared with all of 2014.

欧洲正遭遇着二战以来规模最大的移民危机，而8月28日联合国难民署公布的一份报告将危机进一步放大。报告指出，2015年迄今为止，乘船逃往欧洲的人数比2014年全年增加了40%。

欧洲“移民危机(migrant/migration crisis)指来自非洲、中东等地大批难民和经济移民(refugees and economic migrants)横跨地中海前往欧盟地区。2015年4月地中海发生五起船难，五艘载着约2000名非法移民的船只先后翻覆沉没，合计有1200人死亡， “移民危机这个词首次被提及。

由于西亚、北非等地区战乱国家大批难民试图经陆路、海路偷渡入境欧洲，数据显示，今年已有23.7万名非法移民(illegal immigrants)横渡地中海进入欧洲，超过去年总和，已有2300多名移民在前往欧洲的途中丧命，其中多数是葬身大海。目前，德国收到的庇护申请(asylum applications)最多，预计今年或接受80万难民。一些国家出现了反移民情绪(anti-immigration sentiment)，收紧了庇护政策。

面对不断升级的移民危机(escalating migration crisis)，欧盟呼吁9月14日展开紧急磋商(emergency talks)，将就内部合作(internal co-operation)、打击贩运移民(fight the trafficking of migrants)等问题进行商讨。
