广东省规定发薪日

Guangdong has published a draft on salarypayment regulations to solicit public opinions.

《广东省工资支付条例(征求意见稿)》正在公开征求意见。

The regulations state that if companies pay staffevery month, they should pay them no later than the10th day of a month.

条例规定，企业工资属按月支付的，发薪日不得迟于次月10日。

Companies will be judged as defaulting in payment if they don't pay employees without a legalreason or don't pay in full amount, and face a fine of up to RMB200,000.

而用人单位无法定理由逾期未支付或者未足额支付劳动者应得工资的，将被认定为拖欠工资，面临最高20万元罚款。

Guangdong is also mulling to establish a wage arrears security fund, which companies mayhave to put money into in the future.

此外，广东还拟探索建立欠薪保障基金，今后用人单位或需缴纳一笔欠薪保障基金。
