揭秘中国毕业生最想工作的三家公司

Alibaba, Bank of China and Huawei -- these are thedream employers for Chinese students, according toa new survey。

据一份新调查显示，阿里巴巴、中国银行和华为，是中国学生梦寐以求的公司。

The survey of more than 55,000 students,conducted by research firm Universum, found thatroughly a quarter want to work for an internationalcompany, while only 9% want to work for a start-up.Five percent want to start their own business。

这项调查由优信咨询公司发起，55000多名学生参与调查，结果显示，将近四分之一的学生希望在国际企业工作，只有9%的学生想在刚起步创业的公司工作，5%的学生想要自己创业。

The students said that work-life balance was the most important career goal, followed by jobstability。

学生们表示，平衡工作与生活是自己最重要的事业目标，其次是工作稳定性。

When it comes to desirable companies, Bank of China (BACHF) has been named the top choiceby business students for seven consecutive years, and the gigantic state-owned firm shows nosigns of relinquishing its lead。

当谈到理想公司时，中国银行连续七年来当选为商科学生最理想的公司，中国银行这一大型国有公司并未出现丧失领导地位的迹象。

William Wu, the China country manager for Universum, said that banking remains an attractiveindustry for young Chinese。

优信咨询公司中国经理威廉说道，对中国年轻人而言，银行业依旧非常有吸引力。

"China’s government is now emphasizing the revolution of the finance industry, which leavesthe younger generation with the impression that although banking is a traditional industry,there are still a lot of development opportunities," Wu said。

“中国政府现在重点对金融业进行改革，这使年轻一代认为，尽管银行业是传统行业，但还是有很多发展机会。吴先生说。

E-commerce giant Alibaba (BABA, Tech30) improved six places from 2014, ranking secondamong business students. Alibaba’s rise shouldn’t come as much of a surprise -- the companyheld a record-breaking $25 billion IPO in September。

Among engineering students, Alibaba was once again a bridesmaid. Instead, Huawei -- atelecoms infrastructure firm that now makes consumer products -- took the top spot。

"Both of these companies are pioneers in terms of local companies going international," saidWu. "It shows that ... an international development strategy has a positive influence amongChinese young talents."

Tech companies ruled the rankings for humanities students, with Alibaba -- which was ninth in2014 -- landing at the top. Last year, Apple was the Number 1 choice of Chinese students。
