否定的简略答语

否定的简略答语

■在否定答语中，not可以直接跟在be afraid, believe, expect, fear, guess, hope, imagine, presume, suppose, think以及It seems / appears等之后。如：
—Has Anne got into university? 安妮上大学了吗?http://yingyu.chazidian.com
—I am afraid not / believe not / I think not. it seems not. 恐怕是没有 / 我相信没有 / 我想没有。看来是没有。
■与believe, expect, imagine, say, suppose及think等动词一起亦可用not…so，如I don’t believe so / ... imagine so / ... suppose so / . . think so. 我不相信是这样 / …这样推测 / …这样假设 / …这样想。
请看以下用例(from http://yingyu.chazidian.com)：
一It won’t take long, will it? 这用不了多长时间，是吗?
一No. I suppose not. / I don’t suppose so. 是的，我想用不了多长时间。
一The plane didn’t land in Calcutta, did it? 飞机没有在加尔各答降落，是吗?
一I believe not. / I don’t believe so. 是的，我想不会。
一Have you got a work permit? 你有工作许可证吗?
一I’ m afraid not. 对不起，我没有。
