不要给团队添乱。

try not to ... “努力不……”。interrupt “打搅”、 “妨碍”。

Try not to disrupt the team.

disrupt “使混乱”。

Try not to intrude on the team.

intrude “侵扰”。

I don't want to repeat myself, but you're late again.

I have a good excuse this time.

(这次我有很正当的理由。)

repeat oneself “ (某人)重复说同样的话”。

excuse “理由”、 “辩解”。
