that’s是that is的缩写。that’s all 指“这就是全部”、 “仅此而已”。

(不会。他缺乏经验。)

lacking “缺乏的”、 “不具备的”。

He doesn’t have enough experience.

He lacks enough experience.

blabber-mouth “大嘴巴”、 “轻易泄漏秘密、 嘴不严的人”。

secret “秘密”。safe “安全的”。
