解释："at the very mention"的意思就是「当一提到」，因为"mention"就是「提到;说到」，"very"在这里的意思是「恰好的;正是」，因此"at the very mention"就是「当一提到」的意思。"brew"的意思就是「啤酒;酿造的酒」，因为这里属于名词的"brew"以动词使用时，变成「酿造」的意思，因此"brew"就是经过 "brewing"，也就是「酿造」后所产生的酒，"come to mind" 的意思是「想到;想起」，意味着「当念头浮现在脑海中」，"right off the bat"就是「马上、立刻」的意思，"right off the bat" 这句词组来自于棒球惯用的语词，意思是「刚好在挥棒之后」，因此，"right off the bat" 也变成了「马上;立刻」的口语说法。
