Tell me about your family:向朋友或同事介绍自己的家庭，父母亲及兄弟姐妹成员的情况。

Simon: So, tell me about your family. How many brothers and sisters do you have?

西蒙：那么，给我讲讲你的家庭吧。你有几个兄弟姐妹?

Cathy: I've got three sisters but no brothers.

凯西：我有三个姐妹，没有兄弟。

Simon: Three sisters. How old are they?

西蒙：三个姐妹。她们多大了?

Cathy: Well, the oldest is twenty-six, the second oldest is twenty-two, and the youngest one is eighteen.

凯西：最大的二十六岁，老二二十二岁，最小的十八岁。

Simon: And what do they do?

西蒙：她们是做什么的?

Cathy: The oldest one, that's Ellen, is married and has two children, they keep her pretty busy. Susan, the second oldest, is in college like me. She is studying computer science. And the other one, Cnad is still in high school.

凯西：年龄最大的是艾伦，她结婚了，有两个孩子，他们使得她很忙。老二叫苏珊，跟我一样是个大学生，她在学习计算机学。另一个叫辛迪，还在上高中。

Simon: What about your parents? What do they do?

西蒙：你父母呢?他们是干什么的?

Cathy: My father is a lawyer, My mother is a journalist. She works for a travel magazine.

凯西：我父亲是律师。我母亲是记者，她为一家旅游杂志工作。
