简历中应该包括的最重要的一点就是你的自我评价（value proposition）。

Your unique ability to solve business problems, meet challenging goals, and produce desired results should be the focus of your qualifications summary and this focus should be supported by proof throughout your career.

一份achievement-oriented和 results-focused 工作职责陈述是证明你能力的最有力证据了。While employers and recruiters will want to know the scope of your position (譬如你的管理权限，所作的预算和报告的数量等等), this is most effectively communicated within the context of the challenges you faced, the actions you took, and the results of your actions. 单单写上职责只是告诉招聘人员你曾经的工作责任而不是你的工作成果。

Use powerful, active language to concisely tell the reader the "story" behind your most recent or relevant positions. By documenting your consistent ability to produce results and solve problems you will demonstrate your ability to produce similar results in the future.
