C: I passed Band Four in College English Test.

C: In macroeconomics.

C: In calculus. Only 78 marks.
I: What was your best subject at college?
C: English was my best subject. I liked it very much. Besides, I was aware of the importance of learning Englisli well. Nowadays every enterprise would prefer to hire a man who has a good command of English. So I worked hard at college on English.
I: What was your worst subject?
C: Well, that might be mathematics. There were so many for-
mulas in mathematics class that they were hard for me to
remember.
I: What records did you get at middle school?
C: I got excellent records: 96 points average. I am ranked the second of my class in terms of average marks. My school record is average in my class. I am above the average in the order of merit. My school record isn't too good.
I: How have you been getting on with your studies so far?
C: I have been doing quite well at college. According to the academic records I've achieved so far, I am confident that I
will get my bachelor of architecture this coming July.
I: Did you make fine records this term?
C: Yes, I made fine records this term.
I: What was your graduation thesis on?
C: My graduation thesis was on the difference between the
British English and the American English.
I: What did your MBA thesis deal with?
C: It dealt with macro-modulation in the socialist market economy.
I: What was your Ph. D. dissertation concerned with?
C: It was concerned with the educational reform in China.
I: How do you think the education you've received will contribute to your work in this institution?
C: I have already learned a lot in the classroom and I hope to be able to make practical use of it in business in your
company. As my major at college was international trade) I think I have a basic understanding of the work processes in an import and export company like yours. My specialization at the university is just in line with the areas your institute deals with. I am sure I can apply what I have learned to the work in your institute.
