汽油价每升均降0.29元

　　国家发改委昨日宣布，汽、柴油价格每吨分别降低395元和400元，调价执行时间为4月24日24时。具体到北京市场，记者从市发改委了解到，京标92号汽油的最高零售价下调0.31元/升，至7.49元/升;95号汽油也终于跌回7元档位，降至7.97元/升，每升下调了0.34元。这是新的成品油定价机制实施后的首次调价。

　　昨天下午国家发改委发了调价令，兑现到点就调的承诺。发改委表示，此次成品油价格降价幅度，是根据4月24日前10个工作日国际市场原油平均价格变化情况，并考虑4月10日未调价金额合并计算确定的。

　　这是新的成品油定价机制出台之后的第一次调价，且下调幅度创2012年8月以来新高。3月26日成品油定价新机制出台，调价周期由22个工作日缩短至10个工作日，取消了4%的调价幅度限制，同时适当调整了挂靠的国际市场原油品种。这意味着国内成品油价格与国际原油的联动性更强，用发改委的话说，该降就降、该涨就涨。而根据“十个工作日原则，4月10日第一个调价的时间窗口开启，但由于当时国际油价变化不大，变化幅度没有达到50元/吨而搁浅。
