Interview With Sincerity 诚意应聘

When comes to the graduate season, college students need to find a job. As the new in the job market, they don’t have the work experience, so they are so worried about finding a job. For most of them, they will present their applications no matter if they are interested in the job. This is not the right thing to do.

当涉及到毕业季,大学生需要找到一份工作。作为在就业市场中的新人,他们没有工作经验,所以他们很担心找工作。对于他们中的大部分人来说,他们会提交上求职申请,无论是否对这份工作感兴趣。这样做是不对的。

Students should take the interview with their sincerity, if not, they are wasting the employers’ time. Take my friend for example. She had got several interviews, when she presented the applications, she said she just wanted to try, even she got the job, she would not accept, for she was not interested. Then she was wanted by a company which she was not interested in, she refused to sign the contract. The employers were so angry with her, because they missed so many excellent students. At the same time, she wasted the employers’ time and energy.

学生应该怀着真诚去面试,如果不是这样,他们浪费了雇主的时间。以我的朋友为例。她有几个面试,当她递交求职申请时,她说她只是想尝试,即使她得到了那份工作,她也不会接受,因为她不感兴趣。然后,有一间公司想要她，她不感兴趣,拒绝签合同。雇主对她非常生气,因为他们错过了很多优秀的学生。与此同时,她浪费了雇主的时间和精力。

I learn that we should not bother the company if we don’t have sincerity. Never try to waste other people’s time, or we will be punished some day.

我知道我们不应该打扰公司，如果我们没有诚意。不要去浪费别人的时间,不然总有一天我们会受到惩罚。
