My View on the Property Agreement Before Marriage 我对婚前财产协议的看法

When the couple gets married, traditionally, they will buy a house and prepare for their future life. Nowadays, as more and more people have the strong sense of their property rights, so some couples start to make some property agreement before they get married. I think it is right to do that.

当情侣结婚的时候，传统上，他们会买一间房子，为他们将来的生活做准备。现在，随着越来越多的人有强烈的财产意识，所以一些情侣开始在结婚前达成财产协议。我觉得这样是对的。

On the one hand, it is fair for the people who spend the big money, they won’t lost their own money after the marriage. Some people get married for the purpose of becoming rich. The property agreement will stop the money purpose, then people won’t marry for the money. People need to make money by their own work, not the marriage.

一方面，这对于那么花大钱的人来说是公平的，他们不会在结婚后失去他们自己的钱。一些人结婚是为了钱财。财产协议能阻止为财的目的。人们需要通过自己的劳动来挣钱，而不是通过婚姻。

On the other hand, if the couple gets divorced, they won’t argue for the property. Today, the divorce rate is increasing, no couple can guarantee their marriage will always work, if they get divorced, the property agreement will help them to clear their property. So there will be less argument.

另一方面，如果情侣离婚，他们对财产不会有争议。今天，离婚率不断攀升，没有那对情侣可以保证他们的婚姻会一帆风顺，如果他们离婚了，财产协议就会帮助他们清理他们的财产。因此争议会少点。

In my opinion, everyone needs to make money by their own, the property agreement before marriage will keep the marriage clear.
