教育部、人力资源和社会保障部、国务院扶贫办3部门日前联合下发通知，要求各地各高校采取举措助力52个未摘帽贫困县建档立卡贫困家庭的4.5万名2020届高校毕业生就业。

The document was jointly issued by the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and the State Council Leading Group Office of Poverty Alleviation and Development.

通知要求，实施好“建档立卡贫困家庭毕业生专升本专项计划”，专项招收本地高职通知指出，要积极举办线上线下专场招聘活动；广泛发动校友企业等优先招聘贫困家庭毕业生。各地人力资源社会保障部门要建立未就业贫困家庭毕业生实名帮扶机制。要用好东西扶贫协作、对口支援等扶贫工作机制，为贫困家庭毕业生争取更多就业机会；鼓励支援省份和单位提供公益岗位，为未就业贫困家庭毕业生提供兜底保障。

今年是脱贫攻坚决战决胜之年，解决好贫困群众就业问题非常重要。各级党委和政府要加大扶持力度，通过各种方法保障贫困群众就业。

Ensuring jobs for the poor is very important as the year 2020 is the time for winning the anti-poverty fight. Party committees and governments at all levels should strengthen their support for impoverished people and help them find jobs through various methods.
