Every year, many high school students compete for the colleges and only the excellent ones can enter the A level university. As so many students feel disappointed. Many successful people tell them that degree is not that important. But it is not true all the time, degree is the first factor to be considered when people come to the job market.

每年，很多高中生竞争大学，只有优秀的人才可以进入一流大学。所以很多学生感到失望。而许多成功人士也告诉他们，学历并不是那么的重要。但这是不对的，学历是人们在就业市场上第一个被考虑的因素。

People are willing to listen to the inspiring stories from successful people, which can give them the motivation to move on. They will always take Bill Gates as the example to describe the missing of degree still can't stop being successful. It sounds so perfect for those students who did not do well in the exams. They have the excuse for not study, that's terrible.

人们愿意听成功人士的励志故事，这可以给他们前进的动力。他们总是以比尔盖茨为例来说明即使没有学历，仍然可以获得成功。这对于那些学生没有考好试的学生看似是很完美的。他们有了不学习的借口，这是可怕的。

The fact is that though those successful people did not have educational background, they have talent on something and they work hard to fight for their goals. The ordinary people believe in that lie and give up the chance to fulfill themselves. A good degree is always favorable in the job market, so don't give up fighting.
