Firstly, you need to make your body into ahealth status, then devote to work. Please take one hour not thinking anything,then go into mediation, while you feel comfortable, you can start to work. The statuswhat you need to adjust include headache, giddy, and belly up, etc.

第一，要将身体调整好的再工作，花一个小时左右时间，什么都不想，进入冥想，将身体调整到舒服的状态，再开始工作。调整的状态包括，消除头蒙、昏沉，去掉肚胀等。

也可以想象自己就像一块石头，通过冥想将石头颜色、形状、亮度等作全面的调整，将黑暗、有棱角、不透明、冰冷的石头全面调整为光彩、光滑、晶莹、圆润、温暖的石头。石头的状态就是我们的身体情绪状态，石头状态调整好了，我们的情绪状态也会有所好转。

Secondly, in our work, don’t thinktoo much the time for the workload, please more care your body health status,tire or not. If tire, please do more further adjustment.

第二，工作过程中，不要过于考虑工作时间的长短，更多关注身体状态，是累了还是不累，如果累了就再通过第一步调整。

Thirdly, you had better not work more than0:00. If happen, please also follow the above way to do the adjustment.

第三，最好不要超过夜里12点，如果超过12点，也要依照上面进行调整。

Actually, working process is to keep focuson your work, don’t effected by the mood, which will cost your energy,specially need to adjust the negative emotion to positive and keep happy moodto work, this will make twice the result with half the effort.

这个过程其实就是要保持专注，不要过多受情绪的影响，额外地消耗能量，特别要将负面的情绪调整为正面的情绪，怀着愉悦的心情工作，上述过程会事半功倍。
