My friend's company went out of business after he was taken away by the discipline inspection authority for investigation, because he was not allowed to sign any documents and contracts for the business and could not pay the bank when the loan was due. I hope the authority could make it clear what suspects can and cannot do after they are taken away for inquiry, otherwise many companies will suffer great losses.
